Cancellation Policy
To ensure efficient scheduling please provide at least 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made within this timeframe will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service. No shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service. When you rebook and finish the service, you will be credited the amount already charged from cancellation.
